We have two wonderful adult children that live on their own, an adorable Grandson and we have family dinner nights every week, a very close knit family! We also have 2 German Shepards that keep us busy! We build two houses on a vacant lot that are now rentals! I am a hard worker and have excellent surveys to prove it!

Very efficient and effective. Sold our house in less than a week at a higher than asking price. Knows the market in our area very well. Very careful during Covid times including wiping down surfaces after showings. During the short time it was listed she kept us apprised of all activity. Very good at dealing with other agents and guiding us through paperwork and that all disclosures were met.

Answered Questions

How long can my home's roof last?

Hi Han, No you do not need to replace your roof. As long as you disclose the roof age and that you have had no leaks you should be fine. A buyer can decide if they want to ask you for a "small credit" towards a new roof they can use after close of escrow. When the Rayna Mack Team works with buyers and a roof is older, sometimes we negotiate that into our request for repairs.

Should I replace my hollow doors?

Hi Rick, I do not think you need to change all your hollow doors with new solid ones. I dont think that will make a difference on your pricing.
