He always responded to texts immediately and was good at herding me. Otherwise, it probably would have taken much longer to sell my condo. I didnt like the dickering process, and I'm not sure what role Ray took in the process, but he mostly advised me to give some to get some and that worked although I dont know if I got the best I could. I trusted Ray to do that, and I'm ignorant about the process. It was more complicated than any sale process Ive been through. I'm grateful Ray was so competent, otherwise I would have been lost. His language was always positive. I trusted him. He worked hard for me and was a saint in helping me through all the online processes. He was always optimistic and cheerful. I loved that about him.

He came over to meet us and spent two hours going through our house with us suggesting possible upgrades and staging ideas. He remained in close contact throughout our time working on the upgrades. At one point we needed to have a yard sale and he went out and got us our yard sale permit, put out signs, AND brought an ice chest full of waters and juices for our children to hand out during the yard sale. Once the house was ready to list, he brought in a professional photographer, presented us with a book of current listings in the neighborhood and breakdowns of how the money would disperse at different selling prices. At first we had another realtor in Ray's office, but when she became confused about some paperwork she asked Ray to assist with the completion of the forms. We could not have been happier, as Ray is extremely knowledgable about real estate transactions. In our case he even had to assist the buyers agent in completing some forms correctly. In addition to his real estate knowledge, Ray took a hard situation and made it much easier. He has a caring professional manner and walked us through the best way to best show and sell our home. We were not living in the home at the time of the sale and he even took time to drive by the property on numerous occasions to make sure it was secure and in good condition (lawn, etc.) He made sure to keep us notified constantly to when the house was shown, interested buyers and even offered ideas on helping it sell. He remained very confident that our house would be sold within the timeline that we were given by our new builder. He was right!
