Rachael was always very pleasant to speak to and was very responive to any questions i ever had. She seemed to work hard and got several parties interested in prchasing our property before the actual purchase took place. During the closing, the title company had several issues of their own and Rachael went out of her way to do whatever she could to get the closing to happen in the timeframe we had agreed to.
