I came across Kelly on a website while I was looking for a realtor to sell my house and based on her reviews I decided to take a chance and go with her. Shes very professional, accommodating, and very easy to talk to. The whole process overall was absolutely one of the best and easiest experiences Ive had. She walked us through the whole process of whats to be expected at the beginning so there were no surprises and we were super prepared for everything, she gave great feedback about a few small things we could do to make the house a bit better and it all paid off because it sold very fast. I didnt decide to look for another house until almost a year later and I went with Kelly again. Shes always had my best interest at heart and she was always very informative and educated whenever I asked her opinion on anything I saw at a house rather it was something wrong with the house currently or eventually could be and if it could be a major issue or not. Shes always been fast at responding and has never left me wondering about anything. She had our backs the entire process and it was an overall great feeling and experience when it was all over with. Rachael was always very pleasant to speak to and was very responive to any questions i ever had. She seemed to work hard and got several parties interested in prchasing our property before the actual purchase took place. During the closing, the title company had several issues of their own and Rachael went out of her way to do whatever she could to get the closing to happen in the timeframe we had agreed to.

Kelly was a great realtor! We hired her on very short notice and she handled everything very well, from creating professional marketing materials, to setting up a quick open house, and negotiating a sale within a few days of listing.
