My husband and I worked with Paul Sardoch - Realty One Group to sell our lot at Coronado Shores, Oregon. We just closed and absolutely couldnt be more thrilled! We had tried to sell the beach road lot by ourselves in 2009 to help pay for our sons college and had even accepted an offer. The economy then seriously tanked and we left it off the market for several years. When we tried again, we used a top local agency for nearly four years with very little interest. We decided to enlist Paul Sardochs help. He thoroughly researched our property and created a listing that resulted in us getting an offer within hours of going aEURoeliveaEUR? on 2-16-21. Sadly the offer fell through when the potential buyer better understood the HOAs. Paul then readjusted the process so that potential buyers had a stronger understanding of the HOAs before making an offer. SUCCESS and all in less than two months. We credit Pauls hard work, thoroughness and solid communication all around for us finally selling the property. He is an awesome advocate,listener, and a strong problem-solver; all critical skills needed for a real estate agent. We wholeheartedly recommend Paul Sardoch and are extremely grateful to him! You honestly cannot find ANYONE who will do a better job if you are buying or selling real estate.

Paul was the reason I was able to sell my house in Portland, of that I have no doubt. He recommended reliable, qualified contractors who solved several problems that needed doing before the house could even go on the market. His advice on what to do, and what not to do, was spot on every time. Paul was flexible in devising different strategies that best served us and the house sale and counseled us through the entire process right up to signing. He made sure the house looked its best for viewings and the photographer he provided took pictures that were just shy of miraculous. He also was conscientious about safety precautions and protocols during the COVID pandemic. Paul was patient and answered all questions we had lowering our anxiety when the process seemed too overwhelming. I recommend Paul to anyone looking for a good, solid and trusted realtor.

Paul was outstanding to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable Realtor to sell your home or buy a new one. Paul helped my wife and I sell our home last year and his approach to listing allowed us to sell for $20k more than we expected while still getting the rent back we needed to transition into our new home. Paul coordinated the photographer, energy score, and floor plans for our listing and came over himself beforehand to help us stage the property. I had lots of questions about the things that I could do to fix up the home before listing it and Paul not only had many conversations to advise me, but he also had a great book that really walked me through it step by step. He was a very strong negotiator and dealt with the contractors to get any of the work the buyer requested taken care of. Prior to selling our home Paul had helped my wife and I find a great home in a new neighborhood that was under construction. After we sold our home the contractor failed to finish the home on time and Paul confidently handled a complex negotiation to hold the contractor accountable and allow us to get all of our deposit back and exit the transaction free and clear. At the same time he was dealing with the contractor he worked diligently to find us an even better home that met all our needs and was located closer to my work. My wife and I honestly felt like it was so fortuitous that the new construction home fell through as we love the home we ended up with. I am exceptionally impressed with Paul's knowledge, experience, competence, and concern for his clients. I will absolutely be working with him again when it is time to sell my mother's home in a couple years and I recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.

If giving ten stars was an option, I'd be asking to be able to give Paul eleven. We first encountered Paul 4 YEARS AGO when we visited an open house he was hosting. We were so impressed with his presence, his intellect, and how comfortable and fun it was to interact with him, that we mentally committed to buying a house from him "one day." We didn't even live in Oregon at the time and we certainly didn't have the funds available in pocket to seriously compete with a cash-heavy offer in the PNW market. Fast forward to now, when it was time to start looking for an Oregon house, Paul was our go-to realtor. NEVER did Paul make us feel the slightest bit rushed or pressured to settle on a house until we found our perfect home. Paul ACTIVELY kept up with our interest and kept us apprised of what was available. When we'd visit properties with him, we felt that he sleuthed the property -- his comments and overall guidance was priceless. He was looking at details we would have passed over and he guided us to notice advantages and disadvantages of physical aspects of the properties that only a really astute and knowledgable property viewer or perhaps a civil engineer might notice. He honored our self-described quirky taste without judgment - he just wanted us to find what we valued and what was right for us. (Of course, we found our perfect property.) When it was contract time, Paul endeavored to help us achieve an amazing offer for the property we wanted. He was a skillful negotiator and absolutely was our advocate when it came to leveraging discoveries made during the inspection period. Once we were under contract, we were OVER THE MOON IMPRESSED with the team that Paul put on-site to support us during the inspection period. Every single professional he brought on the property was hands down THE MOST RESPECTED IN HIS OR HER FIELD. From the Geo-Tech to the Arborist, Paul got the best of the best on our property to assess its status. We bought our property with knowledge, confidence, and a ton of excitement. Paul has been exceptionally valued for his ability to represent our best interest, his responsiveness (100% committed, organized, and present), his knowledge of the area, his knowledge of property types and construction, and because he's a rare-find-awesome-guy who is enormously fun to spend time house hunting with. PAUL IS AN AMAZING REALTOR and our story is testament to the value of working with the right person!
