The pictures and ad write up was not as proficient at first and needed corrections along the way. The team was responsive to correct any changes when identified. The home was listed at the end of May and had a slow start gaining potential buyers with slow turn outs on open houses each weekend. Matt helped with repositioning pricing, and we continued the Open house process which was quite taxing while living in the property and selling, we did not know that going in. However, the home interest eventually picked up and an offer was submitted. After negotiations, which Matt was highly involved and impactful, we came to an agreement. The inspection process was a challenge with buyers asking for lots of minimal repairs, unlike when we were buying our new home. Matt relayed requests to us with advice on how to move forward and keep the process moving forward. Once repairs were agreed, Matt took the lead in suggesting a company to come provide estimates quickly and perform necessary repairs to close on time. Matt was communicative throughout the process and had great understanding of the process.
