Now, Paul is based out of John L. Scott's Renton office and works with buyers, sellers and 10 small builders around Renton. He helps clients find land opportunities, new construction, resale, condos and townhomes in areas including south Seattle, Bellevue, Normandy Park, Burien, West Hill Kent, West Hill Auburn, Kent, Renton, Newcastle, Sammamish and Issaquah.
Paul is an active broker, and his clients benefit from his daily previews of product and inventory -- he's truly an expert on local inventory. Communication is key in real estate -- and Paul works with his assistant to ensure his clients' questions and needs are taken care of. His hands-on approach and dedication to finding a win-win situation for all has resulted in many satisfied clients in his 25 years as a broker.
