Paul and his assistant Talia were very helpful and responsive throughout the selling process. Our house was sold to a builder, therefore sold as a "tear down". After the house closed, Paul sent us pics of the various stages of the "tear down". Since we now live a couple hours away, it's nice to see those pictures. There were several delays in the closing process, which were beyond Paul's control. These were due to the changes in the housing market, making the buyer's loan process to lake longer than expected. But Paul arranged several concessions for us that helped us out financially, which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
