When my husband and I decided to retire from our family business in 2014, he asked me, “If you could do anything you wanted to do for a career, what would that be?” Without hesitation, I told him I’d love to be a real estate agent. He encouraged me to pursue it and supported me the whole way. I got licensed before we officially retired, started helping clients right away, and I’ve never looked back. Real estate has been challenging, enjoyable, and deeply satisfying. My passion for the business was also shaped by my Great Aunt Margaret, who was a real estate agent when I was a little girl. Watching her professionalism, the way she helped clients, and how she handled transactions left a lasting impression on me—and continues to inspire the way I serve my own clients today.

Yes. In addition to completing pre-licensing and post-licensing education for my Salesperson and Broker licenses in both Georgia and Alabama, I’ve completed over 150 hours of continuing education. I hold The Red Book Agent Certification, have attended numerous real estate, marketing, and sales conferences, and have developed and taught continuing education classes for other REALTORS®. I also created a Mentor Program for a local brokerage and teach business professionals how to run efficient, profitable businesses. This ongoing education and teaching experience allows me to bring my clients the latest strategies, deep industry knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
