ZillowVERIFIED We picked Kallie because we were moving out-of-state, and I would have to leave early for a new job, and my wife would be handling the move and transactions, and we would both be out-of-state before the house went on the market. Kallie's advice and hand-holding was exactly what we needed. She explained how things needed to be set up for a quick sale (for instance, didn't need to "stage" the house with furniture). We were lucky to be in an area where people want to move - and there were people lined up to buy. She helped us look at the offers, and it was over on day two. All signings at the end we were able to do with electronic signatures. We felt she was straightforward, honest and knowledgeable the whole time, and she never let us down. She was always available even in the evening, and would always answer the phone. If you need someone to guide you through the process, she's a great choice.

Our family was in Hawaii over that weekend, and we didn't expect much by the way of communication. ZillowVERIFIED Kallie is a phenomenal realtor. I have to admit to being a "stickler" and someone that isn't necessarily the type to give an ll 5 star rating unless there is a reason. After having dealt with less than stellar realtors in the past, I know a good realtor from a bad one. Kallie's strengths from a seller's perspective include her local knowledge and her ability to negotiate firmly but fairly. She provided solid information when it came to establishing a price for our home and set us up with a professional photographer that also did a great job. Our house was on the market for about a week and had 3 offers on it at a price that we were quite content with. From the point of accepting an offer, Kallie and her assistant Jackie kept us in the loop during our sale, provided guidance where necessary and helped us to make the right decisions in selling our home. I recommend her without any reservations whatsoever and for anyone selling particularly in the Harvest ridge or adjacent subdivisions would especially add that her local knowledge is unparalleled which really sets her apart from the rest.
