Stefanie listened to what I requested. She found a property that met my needs and wants. She went above and beyond in helping close the transaction and followed up after my purchase to make sure I was a happy client. Shes a great agent.

Stefanie is awesome. Easy and friendly to work with and very understanding of our situation. She was even very helpful after the purchase or our home. Checking in with us after the hurricane was very thoughtful. I would recommend her to everyone and would not hesitate to call on her again. Thanks Stefanie for helping us find the perfect home.

Stephanie is one in a million. We cant say enough about her. She is totally committed to her clients. Professional, incredibly personable, knowledgeable, excellent time management, but most of all, fabulous communication skills. You tell her what you are looking for and she finds it for you. She keeps you focused and positive if hurdles arise. Watch out as theres a new realtor on the block, and her name is Stephanie Palmer. She is AMAZING! Buying or selling, get in touch with Stephanie. You wont need anyone else. Shes the real deal. Thank you Stephanie. We are so happy we found you.

Stefanie was 100% committed to helping me purchase the home of my dreams. Her knowledge of the purchase process is phenomenal and since I lived in AR, every question I had was returned very quickly. She absolutely went the extra mile by taking an extra video inside the home, driving me around Englewood, taking me to see Englewood Beach and even putting groceries in the fridge right before I moved in!! Who does that?! I'm so happy that I chose Stefanie as my realtor!!

Stefanie is not only an amazing real estate agent, she is an amazing human being. We LOVED working with her to purchase our forever dream home. ???? She was readily available, stayed on top of every part of the process from start to finish. When presented with challenges of the sellers choices, she worked diligently through the whole process to assure our close would happen on the date chosen. Working with her team, Zillow Home Loans and her recommended inspection professionals made the process happen swiftly. She was always professional, never made us feel like we was a bother....even when we called her while she was having her birthday dinner with family!! She is highly recommended by us, and we know that if we lived closer we would be clients who become personal friends. ??????
