Patti Chalker

Patti Chalker moved to the Eastside in the early 90's with her family from Southern California. She graduated from USC with a degree in psychology and a minor in business. She has been a Top Producer with John L Scott for almost two decades and bases her success on her client relationships. Her husband Brad joined her in the early 2000's after a career in the software industry. Their office is in Redmond and they live in Woodinville. Their oldest daughter graduated from the University of London and is living and started her own PR business there now, their younger daughter graduated from the UW and now pursuing a PhD in Washington DC and their son is attending college in Colorado.

Patti Chalker has successfully been helping families buy and sell homes on the Eastside for two decades. She is a Top Producer and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (the new NAR designation CNE*) and works out of the John L Scott Redmond office with her husband Brad.
