Patti and Brad Chalker did an outstanding job in helping us with the purchase of our new home in Woodinville. From our first email exchanges and meeting, by listening and inquiring carefully, they provided us with nicely focused leads on homes on the market in our target areas best fitting our criteria. This made a subsequent quick trip up to check out the respective areas and homes much easier and more productive than we had imagined it was going to be. Once we identified the home we most wanted, they helped set up a contingent offer that suited both the seller and us. This involved working closely with our listing agent in California until our house there sold. Patti and others on and outside her team also provided responsive and comprehensive support all through the arrangements for and paperwork associated with disclosures, inspections, title, escrow, requested repairs to be made by the seller, etc. with all of such being conveniently done by phone, email, and AuthentiSign/Docusign. And even after closing and our moving in, Patti helped us resolve a problem left behind from one of the inspections done weeks earlier. All through our buying experience, Patti and Brad were very easy, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. In the end, this transaction closed quickly and required us to vacate 60 days earlier than planned. The smartest decision we ever made was to engage Patti Chalker to sell our home. Patti helped us to buy my first home in Seattle. They are very professional and amazing fast response. They recommended one nice home to us and when we realized that it is our dream home, Patti and her husband got THE inside information within 1 hour and seal the deal with 30k lower than the listed price in 24 hours. That's really impressive!!!After offer signed, she has been helped me to deal with lender, seller and escrow company and get the deal closed within one month right before thanksgiving! It is almost impossible since the holiday is coming and so many people if out of office.
