ZillowVERIFIED All in can say is that Patricia Rohan is the best at her craft! Anyone can sell a house, but if your a realtor, your value comes in when you have handle very difficult deals. Most cant handle complex real estate transactions. This is where she excels and is more than comfortable! She was able to complete not one but two difficult real estate transactions for me!

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and scared of the whole process. Mrs. Rohan was referred to us by my mother in law. Within the first five minutes of meeting Mrs. Rohan, we knew we had made the right decision. My wife and I had some many questions, and they were all answered! Communication was simple and easy! All questions were answered in a timely matter, and sometimes even after work hours! Even if Mrs. Rohan had more clients, my wife and I always felt like we were the only ones! Amazing costumer service throughout the whole process! Mrs. Rohan helped my wife and I find our dream house in Cherry Hill! If you are looking to buy or sell your house, I recommend You call Mrs. Rohan today!!! She is not just our realtor, she is now family! Thank again Mrs. Rohan for all your help!! The Millers

ZillowVERIFIED I had a condo that I didn't want to invest money into to try and secure a better selling price. I asked Patricia to list it for sale "as is." When I met Patricia, she was very personable, understood immediately what I asked for and without question. She was thorough in looking evaluating the condo and seeing the potential in the unit. Immediately, she began her search for a buyer. Within less than two months it was successfully sold at a fair price. Patricia handled all of the paper work, setting up the closing of the sale - all being personable and professional. It was a smooth sell that worked out well for all parties concerned. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone and everyone. I'm a very satisfied customer!
