After earning his Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNT Health Science Center, he worked in Austin's healthcare system treating neurological and orthopedic patients, where he learned to listen closely, stay calm when the stakes run high, and explain complicated information in plain language. He carried those skills into real estate because he wanted to keep helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Parsa grew up right here in Austin, Texas, and has lived all over town, from Round Rock and Northwest Hills to East Austin and South Austin, so he can give clients an honest, firsthand take on the areas they're considering.

In 2026 alone, Parsa and his team closed over $13 million in sales, and the Austin Business Journal recognized Parsa as one of the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals. He has helped buyers win homes in competitive multiple-offer situations and negotiated major repair credits after inspections. When he took over a listing that had sat on the market for more than 250 days, he guided the sellers through a low-cost refresh of the home, rebuilt the marketing from the ground up, and brought in 4 offers within 40 days.
