This is a long review, but honestly, working with Parsa deserves more than two sentences. Where do I even start? We found Parsa through a listing we were checking out, and although that particular place had already been rented, he offered to help us find a home for our family. We had just moved to Austin and were completely new to the city, so at first we were a little unsure about working with someone we didn't know. But from our very first phone call, I immediately felt at ease. He asked thoughtful questions, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made us feel confident about the process right away. Before working with Parsa, my husband and I had been searching on our own across multiple sites, reaching out for viewings, only to get no response or find out the place was already gone. We quickly realized how competitive the Austin rental market is, and we also did not really know what to expect from working with a realtor. Parsa made everything feel much more organized and manageable. He set us up with a Compass dashboard where we could review listings, keep track of what we liked, and easily see homes that matched our criteria. Since we had a few additional factors, including three pets, Parsa was proactive from the start and reached out ahead of time to ensure homes would work for our situation before scheduling tours. I really appreciated that because it respected both our time and his. Another thing I loved was how organized the tours were. He coordinated multiple viewings on the same day and even sent us the route and schedule ahead of time, which was incredibly helpful since we have young kids. Throughout the process, we had a group chat with Parsa and my husband, and he kept us updated at every step. By the time we met him in person for the viewings, it honestly felt like we had already known him for years. He made us feel so comfortable, and as people brand new to Austin, that meant a lot. He also gave us great local recommendations, which made the city start to feel like home. During the tours, he was honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He gave us space to look around, answered all of our questions, and if he did not know something, he would immediately reach out to get us an answer. We ended up missing out on a couple of homes we really loved because the rental market moved so quickly, but throughout it all, Parsa stayed proactive, kept following up, and did everything he could to help us find the right place. In the end, he helped us find a home that we absolutely love, and the entire process moved so quickly. From initial contact to finding our place, everything happened in under two weeks, which still amazes me. Parsa is responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. This was our first time using a realtor for a rental, and with young kids, work, and a big move, we really needed someone we could trust to help us through the process. He was exactly that person. Even though we were only renting, we already know we want to work with Parsa again when we are ready to buy a home in the next few years. We just moved in today, and he has continued checking in to make sure we are okay and have what we need. I truly cannot say enough good things about working with him, and we are so grateful for everything he did for our family. Also, ask him for food recommendations. You will not regret it.
