Once we picked the one, Fara helped us get the best deal and really fought for us! Shes a great negotiator and got us every last penny she could get in the closing process. She even got the sellers to send us $50 via Venmo for a new ding in a wall we found the day before just as she was waiting for us to finish up closing things. Out of the available realtors on the property we picked Fara because she had some great reviews and seemed like a very approachable friendly person, which she really turned out to be. Fara took over the whole process once we identified with her. Since we were remote and not staying in Austin, we depended on Fara for almost everything and we do understand it was not an easy job to coordinate with us. Fara was able to cater to our situation very well and gave us a lot of confidence that we can close on the property remotely. She was able to give us a very good property walk-through over Facetime, get all our questions and concerns answered from the Seller, and finally helped us very effectively through the negotiation process. Her inputs were very valuable through negotiation process. She is an excellent negotiator and has great knack to close a deal on our favor. After the offer was made, all the way till the deal was closed, she helped us with various other activities including (and not limited to) identifying the lender, suggesting a good Home warranty and Insurance agent and overall walking us through the complete closing process. Due to our busy schedule, even when we were lagging behind on our side of the deliverables, Fara did a thorough job of follow up and getting the tasks completed. She also proved to be a great advocate of her customers and is willing to drive other partners to provide the utmost level of quality service. Overall Fara is very dependable and trustworthy. One can certainly be confident that one is working with a thorough and genuine person who strives really hard to work for you. Also she is too knowledgeable and excellent negotiator who exceed our expectation. During the last years I have worked with 4 other agents and none of them could negotiate like Fara My primary residence is not in Austin and I had limited time during some weekends to see the properties. Most of them were not vacant and I know how hard it is to schedule with the owners and the seller's agent to see the houses. I remember in a weekend when we could see 12 houses in an evening.

We used her to both buy and sell a condo in Austin over the course of about two and half years for our daughter, and Fara went above and beyond in so many ways. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for on the buy and made great use of our limited time to look around on the buy. She not only helped guide us through the entire buying process with tremendous advice, but also found us a great handyman and even met an appliance delivery person when we could not get there in time. Wow! Even after the purchase she helped us find renters (who were soooo great), helped us with several time consuming favors, and stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. We contacted Fara about a month out from our house hunting trip and were given many choices to take a look at prior to coming for the visit so we kinda had a good idea of what we were going to expect to see. When we arrived she was amazing! She met us at our hotel and we spoke for almost an hour to go over what type of house would best suit our needs. The next day she picked us up and took us to see several houses using her obvious expert knowledge of Austin and based on what we'd discussed. Not only that but it seemed like every place we went she was recognized which of course builds confidence that we found the right person to help us. She always answers the phone when I called, or returned my call within a few hours. Fara is warm, friendly, and very smart. She is direct and to the point. That comes in really handy when she goes to negotiate on your behalf. She found us a great home that was under market value and a great deal. When selling our house she gave us recommendations on what small upgrades to make to get the maximum return. After 3 days on the market we had THREE offers on our house!
