ZillowVERIFIEDOctavio sold my house in a week! We had a few things that needed to be fixed and we already moved. He set everything up for us and for a good price. I would definitely recommend Mr. Moreno as a agent and at a great price! He knows the area and has good Relationships with local agents. We received full asking price and couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Octavio was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable to make business with. Once we got an offer our home was sold in 30 days. He also helped us find contractors that charged a reasonable price to fix things that were wrong with the home.

ZillowVERIFIED We are in process on our third real estate transaction with Octavio. Needless to say, we think he is the best you can get. It doesn't matter if it is a transaction worth $50,000 or $500,000, Octavio treats each client with the same level of dedication, courtesy, and patience. He leaves no doubt that he is working in the best interests of his client. If you are a buyer, you will get the best deal possible; if you are a seller, you will get the best price possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Octavio did an amazing job! We were out of state sellers and he was instrumental in managing vendors and getting maintenance completed in order to close. One weekend we showed up to trash out the items left in the home by renters and he came with his own family to help. He promptly answered all our questions and was very accessible.

ZillowVERIFIED He was recommended to us by a friend and we had a great experience. As soon as he knew what we were looking for, he found it. We are happily getting settled in our new home. He went above and beyond to get repairs done and us in to our home by the deadline. Thanks, Octavio!

ZillowVERIFIED This man is a waste of time, he will try to get you to use his Lender, whom he has some kind of arrangement with. Should you refuse, he becomes indifferent towards you. I misses out on many houses with him, best thing I did was change agents, now I'm in final stages of escrow, and looking forward to my new home, no thanks to this man.

ZillowVERIFIED Octavio was very helpful in getting us into our new house. We have been renting for awhile and have been trying to build our credit back up again. Octavio understood our situation and worked hard in getting us back into our own home and opening up this new chapter in our lives.

ZillowVERIFIED I was the Loan Officer on this specific transaction, It was a pleasure working together on this transaction with Octavio Moreno. I know we will continue to work together in many more transactions to come. I can honestly say I would recommend his services to anyone Interested in looking to sell or purchase in the future.Note: I had to choose one of the following in order to be able to write a good post and recommend my Business Partner Octavio Moreno (showed me homes or lots) unfortunately Zillow does not provide a section to choose Other

ZillowVERIFIED Octavio was great to work with. He quickly demonstrated knowledege of his field in general. During the entire home-buying process Octavio kept me informed on all details and answered every question I had. I feel He is one of my family member not my agent. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Octavio Moreno.

ZillowVERIFIED Against what seemed unsurmountable odds due to my past credit and other factors, Octavio Moreno got my family and I our very first home! I will be forever greatful that I chose him as our agent. He is sharp, knowledgeable, experienced, and a true professional. On top of it all, he was honest, truthful and responsive to our needs. Unlike other agents who were simply interested in showing us what they wanted, Octavio worked tirelessly to find exactly what we set out fo find, -a beautiful 4 br, 3 ba, 2-story, 3 car garage home w/ pool & spa in a newer part of Palmdale for only $165K, (and a $10K tax credit to go with it)!! I just can't say enough of what a priviledge it was to work with him. He is simply the best. I highly and confidently recommend him!
