Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Getting prequalified is extremely important, before we dig too hard into properties. Just because you can qualify for X amount, doesn’t always mean you need to spend that much, do what’s comfortable for you!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Listing the property at the correct price this first time is one of the most important factors of selling your home for the highest value, and quickest. Having an agent that’s experienced and does extra advertising, can be crucial. (Our team does! )

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Land, homes, manufactured homes, luxury properties, commercial, lake properties, farm & ranch. Most of what I do personally is first time homebuyers, va transactions, and luxury properties in east texas.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Closing one tomorrow! My client has became a lifelong friend! We are building relationships in our work.

Nicole was amazing. We are real estate investors that build new homes and flip homes. Communication is vital in real estate transactions and Nicole responded timely and effectively. Nicole utilized her resources in obtaining information that allowed us to complete our transactions. Nicole was patient with us as we looked at several properties and submitted offers that fell through. Nicole is knowledgeable and resourceful in transactions that allowed us to get the right property. The icing on the cake with Nicole is, SHE GENUALLY CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS BEST INTEREST.

What can I say, Nicole was extremely responsive, motivated, listened well and presented property options that aligned well with what we were looking for. Nicole made time to respond, even working with us on weekends and on short notice. If you work with Nicole, you won't have to wonder if she's working, you'll get feedback and the process will keep moving until the process is complete.

I worked previously with a realtor that was very pushy and horribly opinionated; A very bad recipe. It was a relief to work with a realtor that simply presented the information. I always felt that she had time for me and I was not made to feel like I ever a bother. Thank you Nicole for helping me.

Nicole was my agent in a recent home purchase. I was a first time home buyer that had no clue how the process was supposed to go. Nicole was my right hand through the whole process and worked extremely hard to make sure that I was informed of all steps along the way. She helped make one of the most important processes you can make stress free and easy. I would recommend Nicole to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home in the East Texas area.

Nicole helped me search for a house for about 6 months. Not sure what I wanted compared to what I could afford and this was my first rodeo so I had little knowledge of the home-buying process. Nicole is very knowledgeable and patient as well. Any process I did not fully understand she was happy to help. Whether this is your first house or your 5th, Nicole is an excellent choice in a realtor. I love my house and couldn't be happier. Thanks to God first, then Nicole Mayfield.

Nicole was excellent from the first day we met her. She showed us several different homes and was extremely helpful and patient as it took us a while to find the perfect home for us. She is a tireless worker and excellent communicator. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home or selling their current home.

Should I hire an agent willing to work for 1% commission?

In most instances, if they are discounting their commissions that much, they are likely discounting they services too
