ZillowVERIFIEDNicki was amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. We had just PCSd to a new area and honestly knew very little about the neighborhoods, local market, and even the overall process here. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in guiding us through everything. She was always very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, and we never felt pressured. As first-time buyers in the area, we especially appreciated how she took the time to explain details and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for our family. Even after closing, she continued to support us by connecting us with honest and trustworthy people for home-related issues. Recently, she recommended someone to inspect our roof after a storm, and he turned out to be very honest and helpful as well. We truly felt that Nicki cared about us beyond just the transaction. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares for her clients, we highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nikki was nothing short of exceptional. Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances, but navigating the sale of a marital home during a major life transition adds an entirely different level of complexity. Nikki handled every single aspect with professionalism, empathy, and an incredible level of dedication that went far beyond what I ever expected from a real estate agent. From the beginning, she was strategic, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the market, pricing, and what it would take to get our home sold. She didnt just list the house- she actively managed the process, provided thoughtful recommendations to maximize value, and stayed on top of every detail. What truly set Nikki apart, though, was how she showed up during the difficult moments. She remained calm, solution-oriented, and steady, even when emotions and external pressures could have easily derailed the process. She advocated when needed, communicated clearly, and made sure things kept moving forward without unnecessary conflict or confusion. Her responsiveness was unmatched. No question went unanswered, no concern was dismissed, and I always felt informed and supported. She brought a level of integrity and care that made a very challenging situation feel manageable. If you are looking for an agent who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely invested in her clients, Nikki is that person. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home- especially if you need someone who can navigate complex situations with both strength and compassion. I am incredibly grateful for everything she did.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicki was fantastic from first contact to closing day (and after!). We are extremely grateful for her and how she took our complicated situation in stride. We closed in 19 days thanks to her, her team, and our lender, which simplified the chaos of moving long distance with kids and dogs. Nicki always answered our questions, big or small, and never made us feel silly for asking them. She was very understanding and encouraging, and helped us navigate a very stressful situation with full confidence that we will find the right fit. We certainly did, thanks to Nicki. Any and everyone that needs a realtor will be receiving Nicki's recommendation from us!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are BEYOND blessed to have been able to have Nicki as our realtor. We are first time home buyers with very little knowledge of the process. Nicki was beyond helpful every step of the way, very flexible, incredibly patient, extremely kind & compassionate. When we had a question we always got an instant detailed response answering what we needed. We were in and out of the housing market for 5 long years. I dont think we would have made a home purchase with another realtor. I was so nervous to be a homeowner, nicki assured me it was all normal and made us feel comfortable and confident in our home purchases. Nicki really is an expert realtor & professional! We definitely look forward to using her in any future home purchases. Thank you nicki!

Niki is a true star of a realtor. As i am recently a widow; she kindly gave me the advice how to sell my long time home. As I also not formally an electronic wizard, she gave me instructions by emails across the US and by phone with great patience. The selling price was about right for by her experience in my neighborhood. Niki knows her business by her intuition and knowledge in her field of real estate. Go with Niki Headen , I was happy with her.

I had a client relocating across the country to Nicki's area and I referred them to her, and she did an incredible job! Attentive, professional, and a true expert; she served them better then I could have even hoped for! Every step of the way she advised and consulted my clients to finding their perfect home! ZillowVERIFIED Nicki was awesome to work with! We relocated back to Omaha from Kansas City. At first we thought we would buy a pre existing house and Nicki sent us listings. Soon into the process we decided building a house was the way we wanted to go. Nicki provided us with a list of good builders and we quickly settled on one. Then came the process of choosing a lot to build on. Nicki went out to the lots and answered any questions we had. Nicki was always very responsive to any messages we sent and was available if we needed to meet on a weekend since we were driving up from Kansas City for most of the process. Nicki checked in during the entire build process and took care of some last minute things that came up. 10 out of 10 would recommend Nicki to anyone I know. She made the process of finding a lot and building a house a lot less stressful. If we ever move again in the future we will definitely be using Nicki as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicki was recommended to us by a great friend and she was the perfect realtor for our family. We were selling our parents house which was approximately 120 years old. Our Dad was born and raised in this house so downsizing was an adventure to say the least! Nicki knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. She guided us through the process and was so knowledgeable, kind and patient as we prepared to move Mom for the first time in 65 years. Nicki was available whenever we needed her to answer a question or advise us on any issue. She was thorough and efficient. Her expertise was exactly what we needed. We listed the house on Sunday and had multiple showings on Monday and accepted an amazing offer Tuesday afternoon. We could not have asked for anything more. Nicki took the time to get to know our family and now she feels like part of the family! She is the absolute best! Thank you Nicki!
