Mandy was amazing. We talked to her on a Thursday and then she met us twice to look at homes, and we found our dream home on the second day looking with Mandy. She sent us the MLS listings in the area that met our criteria, and my husband and I went through the entire list in about 3 hrs. We picked out a handful and Mandy got us into see the homes rapidly. My husband and I both knew that the one we chose was our house when we walked in it (and Mandy knew too). It didn't just meet, it exceeded, what we asked for. She respects your price and connects you to whoever you need (including mortgage, inspection, and so on). She walks you through the entire process and is there for you the whole time. She doesn't just get the offer in and ditch you like other agents do. She put a clause in so we knew the day we put our offer in that we had the house, so we didn't have to dread whether or not we got it and the seller couldn't accept another offer. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were overlooked by other agents, but Mandy listened to what we wanted and took the time for us. My husband and I work opposite schedules, so it is very hard to catch us at the same time, but Mandy worked with what times worked for us (including weekends). That is incredible and rare. I highly recommend and don't have anything but positive comments to say about Mandy, so if you are thinking about buying or selling a home, choose Mandy. You wont be disappointed, and your expectations will be exceeded.

Here is my experience with Tina.. I wanted to move out of the city to my hometown and I found a 110 year old Victorian house that my fiance fell in love with almost immediately. Tina was on it! The moment she heard the words "We will take it" she began the process. Which we appreciated because in this market, houses are selling for 20k over asking price and usually are sold within 20 minutes of listing. The bank I went through was an absolute nightmare. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I am a first time home-buyer and was eager to begin the process. I was signing papers like it was going out of style. I just thought that everyone had to have so much up-front costs and headache. After Tina caught word that we were having a bad time, she stepped in and helped us. She reviewed our contracts and financial documents. She was appalled by what the bank was doing to us.After she reviewed the loan documents and correspondence (which is nicely referred to as a tragedy), she found that the bank was taking us for all we were worth. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand and In the end she saved us almost 4500 dollars in upfront lender fees.She is an INCREDIBLY busy woman, but always found time for me and my home. I always felt I had a partner in the process and I think that is a very important subject to hit on here. It didn't matter if we were spending $30,000 or $1,000,000. We were treated like we mattered, which is huge. If you are looking for an agent that will do right by you, will show no mercy in this incredibly competitive market, and has an incredibly amount of insight in this category. Look no further, you found her.
