He was also very knowledgeable about the area I was looking at and about the process as a whole, which was a big help to me as a first-time homebuyer. Typically I drag my feet with big tasks (like buying a home), so I appreciated him quickly setting up walkthroughs and driving things along when I expressed interest in places. Without him, I probably would have been wandering around open houses aimlessly for another few months.
