Nick did an excellent job in marketing my house. He did everything efficiently and effectively to get the most for my house. His response time and attention to detail is excellent. I would recommend Nick to help you sell your home or help buy your next next home. 10 stars for sure.

Nick has been an exceptional agent for my family. He truly demonstrated genuine care and compassion for my mother throughout the entire process of selling her home. His patience was remarkable, and he took the time to educate and guide our family through every step, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed along the way. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and support.

Working with Nick Khachian to sell my home was absolutely a pleasure from start to finish. His market knowledge, attention to detail and his approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nick provided clear communication every step of the way, all my questions were answered promptly, went above and beyond to ensure my home was presented beautifully to potential buyers. Due to his experience in Probate Real Estate, he was able to assist me with some legal matters I was facing with my husbands illness. Nick was able to connect me with an attorney who guided me with the legal process to assist in selling my home. Thanks to his expertise my house sold quickly and at a great price. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Nick Khachian to anyone looking to sell/buy their home.

Single Family Home Purchase in La Crescenta, CA We had a wonderful experience working with Nick on our home purchase! Communication was always prompt, he connected us with trusted professionals including some of the best inspectors. He made us feel confident in our purchase and made the process seamless and enjoyable. Thank you, Nick!!!

Nick was very responsive, getting back to me immediately whenever I had issues or questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the area I was looking at and about the process as a whole, which was a big help to me as a first-time homebuyer. Typically I drag my feet with big tasks (like buying a home), so I appreciated him quickly setting up walkthroughs and driving things along when I expressed interest in places. Without him, I probably would have been wandering around open houses aimlessly for another few months. To top it all off, he negotiated a seller's credit for me that was more than I would have even thought to ask for. I truly can't recommend Nick enough to anyone reading this.
