He was also very knowledgeable about the area I was looking at and about the process as a whole, which was a big help to me as a first-time homebuyer. Typically I drag my feet with big tasks (like buying a home), so I appreciated him quickly setting up walkthroughs and driving things along when I expressed interest in places. Without him, I probably would have been wandering around open houses aimlessly for another few months. To top it all off, he negotiated a seller's credit for me that was more than I would have even thought to ask for. I truly can't recommend Nick enough to anyone reading this.

Right from the start of working with Nick, he was consistent with keeping in touch and showing us any house that fit our filter, but also not pushy. From the first offer we put in with him, we got it; despite multiple offers. Nick always responded promptly- early in the morning or late at night. Even when he was out of town, he made sure to let us know he was there. He also is very patient and knowledgeable. Grateful for him and I hope to have the chance to work with him again in the future.
