I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and Lori Calvert. They were more than phenomenal in assisting me to sell my brothers home in Norfolk, Va. I had the experience to work with Nick through the ABNB Smartmove program over the past year and it has been extremely delightful. Nick really knows how to get things done. Answered Questions

Does a bedroom have to have a closet to be legally called a bedroom?

According to our MLS in Hampon Roads Virginia closets are not a requirement. There is a square foot minimum and the room must have ingress and egress (a door and a window)
