ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I used Nic to sell our house and purchase another in December of 2019. He was super informative, helpful, and prompt. Once we decided to put our home on the market, he had a stager and photographer out to us in no time and the photos ended up looking amazing! We were under contract within a few weeks and shortly after we were under contract with our new home. There were some complications with the purchase of our new home, but Nic put out all our fires and solved every issue with ease. We felt very confident having him in our corner. We highly recommend using him for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor ever! Extremely knowledgeable which naturally comes from Nics years of experience in this industry and marketplace. Nic is dedicated to helping his clients find the perfect home and in the best/preferred location. ZillowVERIFIED Nic was very professional from our first meeting and through the entire process. He understands the market dynamics and kept us informed of trends. I really appreciated that he has a full-service approach to listing our home, and even recommended a staging professional to ensure our property made a killer first impression both in the photography and in-person for showings. I couldn't believe how good our house looked! We arrived at a reasonable listing price based on his recommendation and were pleased to have found the 'sweet spot' in that we received above-ask offers but our property still appraised! Nic's communication throughout the process was frequent and purposeful. This was our first experience listing a home and Nic made it enjoyable. It was truly an easy and smooth process all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Nic was a pleasure to work with. He made life so much easier by providing the best advice and suggestions throughout the process. As a seller, he was able to put us in the most optimal position to sell our house within 3 days on the market. He made the entire process a stress-free experience! I would recommend Nic to all our colleagues looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nic the Realtor has been fantastic to work with. He's super responsive and creative - exactly what I need in this very tight seller's market. At one point in a bidding war, he counseled me carefully on how to proceed and we would have gotten the house had I not gotten cold feet. Since then he has been invaluable exploring my target neighborhood. He's made cold calls, reached out to potential foreclosures, and pinged me the minute anything new comes on the market. I'm also considering a commercial project and have consulted with Nic on some different options. I find him very knowledgable and hard working. Thanks Nic, you've been great!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not sure I would have made it through the home buying experience without Nic. He was invaluable to me. He brought on board the mortgage broker as well as the home inspector and was extremely knowledgeable as well as insightful throughout the process. I felt like he was always there for me and just as important, he was enjoyable to be with. I highly recommend Nic.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated to Atlanta last year from Connecticut and were looking for a large home in a safe neighborhood with great schools and couldn't be happier with Nic Dixon's reccomendations. What started as a few simple specific requests quickly turned into a laundry list of extremely specific requirements that made our family look like the "bridezilla" of house hunting. We couldn't believe how calmly and quickly Nick was able to meet our needs and helped us find our dream home in Sandy Springs! I don't know how we could have done it without him!! I STRONGLY reccomend Nick as the most considerate, consistent, and committed agent that I've ever had the pleasure of working with!

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed Nic as part of our listing agent search. He did his research, visited condos in our community to learn about our competition and came prepared with some analysis that helped us better understand the market. He is very responsive and on point. His professionalism showed. We would recommend Nic to others based on our experience. While we did not list our home with Nic, he impressed us and we felt compelled to give him a review.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first moved to Atlanta, I didn't know where to start. I had less than 30 days to make the transition, and I was pretty nervous because, honestly, I haven't had the best experiences with real estate agents, in the past. Dixon was able to help me find my dream home in less than a week! He is just amazing and I will never work with anybody else!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had to relocate to Atlanta, for business reasons. And, in spite of my very tight timeline, Dixon was able to find me exactly what I wanted, providing an incredible selection of properties that met my needs (and I am extremely picky). Dixon is the man!
