Atlanta Communities

Tim is very professional and helpful in all phases of property search. We came from out of town and expected the search to last over several months. He was very flexible and helpful with searching, creating comps, offering advise at every step. This helped us find our match within 10 days. His advice during contract negotiation and finalizing a deal was very valuable. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and family.

My husband and I moved to Atlanta with no home shopping/buying experience. I landed on a Friday, met Tim on a Saturday, and put in an offer on a Monday. Tim was so kind, responsive, and helpful, offering his expertise and advice when asked. He went above and beyond when showing us homes and continued to be there for us throughout the process. Buying a home for the first time can be intimidating, but we felt Tim cared for our best interest the whole time and listened to our concerns and needs. Just call Tim, you wont regret it!

Buying a house can be very challenging, especially for first-time buyers who may not know where to start. As first-time homebuyers, we were unfamiliar with all the steps and processes involved, but Tim was incredibly patient and explained everything in detail. He was always available to answer our questions along the way. I'm so grateful to my friend for recommending Tim to me. Without a doubt, I would recommend Tim's services to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Our realtor did an outstanding job selling our Atlanta home. He was smart, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. His experience and knowledge were evident at every step, and he always took the time to answer our questions and keep us informed. We felt confident knowing he had our best interests at heart. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and trustworthy realtor. I would use him again.

We were referred to Tim by a friend, and we would also love to refer him to friends based on our experience with him. Tim was very professional and prompt in responding to our questions. He showed us as many houses as we wanted to tour and provided us with good feedback on the pros and cons of the houses, which helped in our decision-making. We didn't close a deal for personal reasons, but Tim will be our go-to person when we are ready to buy a house.
