Nathan is simply the absolute best at what he does. I chose to use Nathan even though I could have represented myself but not being from the area I knew how important it was to have someone with his skills, knowledge and relationships to serve my interest best. As expected, there was multiple offers on the property and if it wasnt for Nathan and his team I would not have been the lucky one to get the property. I stepped back and listen to Nathan with his advice and strategy knowing the market and the other agent we were dealing with and he knows what hes talking about. I called Nathan Fitts Realty and spoke with Nathan about listing the property. Nathan assigned Kristy Baugh as my agent. I worked with Kristy from October till the sale of the property in March 2022. I live in Atlanta and 2 hours form McCaysville. Kristy being a local resident knew all the participants in the sale of the property. She was instrumental in orchestrating with me in Atlanta. She performed many tasks aiding the final sale of the property. She checked on the property, changed the thermostat in the winter, hand delivered notices to the tenant of the property, etc. She spoke with me frequently on the phone and thru e-mail. Her attention to this service was at a top-level. She was able to secure the right person for the property and the listing closed in March. I cannot thank Kristy and the Nathan Fitts Realty for the services they provided. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Nathan Fitts has assembled a very special team. The property I listed is beautiful, but it had some issues that made it hard to sell, and they were not easy to resolve. Justin, my agent, was the first to spot the issues. He worked tirelessly to resolve them. Whenever we came to a bump in the road he didnt blink. He looked right past it to the solution. When I became stressed, he remained calm, and dealt with those involved with diplomacy and knowhow. When the buyer appeared on the scene, Kristy, the office manager, sprung into action. She was savvy to the issues and knew all the players. She masterfully shepherded the sale through wind and rain and brought it to the finish line. Yikes, what a drama! In the end the buyer was happy and so was I. In fact I enjoyed it all! Not every real estate sale is as eventful as mine (at least I hope not). But when the need did arise, I am grateful that this great team was there for me.

We were able to make an appointment that day and Keri Williams met us at the cabin. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area (having grown up there). We looked at the house one day, then looked at some other houses the following day. We kept comparing them to the very first house, so we called Keri and she was able to meet us the day after we first looked at it. We submitted an offer later that evening, and the seller accepted our offer first thing in the morning. The entire process was super easy, and Keri was extremely responsive with all of our questions. Being out of town and not too knowledgeable about the area, Keri helped us with everything. We closed mid-February, and it really couldn't have been a smoother process. We are three-peat customers of Nathans and I can tell you from personal experience that there is no one else like him and his team in North Georgia. Their service and responsiveness is second to none. But lets talk about money because everyone wants to buy at the lowest price amd sell at the highest. We have done both with Nathan. His marketing tools, incredible photographs, and extensive marketing campaigns were key. There is a reason you see all of the billboards with his name and face on them. He has built a brand that people go to first and that is a big benefit for his customers. He gets the most inventory and has access to it sooner. On the sell side- he has a list of buyers like no one else. Our recent sale (October 2020) shattered sales records in our area, our neighborhood, in our square foot range, and any other metric by DOUBLE. This isnt a fluke. Sure, we had an amazing property but if it isnt marketed right and to the right people it doesnt sell for a record. Call Nathan. When faced with an estate property that no one in the family was in a position to keep, we had to find a team who would do more than just list our property. We interviewed a few different realtors during a visit to Blue Ridge. Nathan went above and beyond from our first contact in helping us find resources and repair people, contacts within the community and he went to check on the property multiple times on our behalf when we were a two day drive away. This was all before we even listed the property! Ours was not an expensive listing nor was it an easy property to sell as there was a considerable amount work to be done before it could again become the cherished vacation home it had been in the past. We were not in the position to make those investments so we had to wait for a buyer with the vision to see the value in our property. We were supposed to meet at the house, I called to confirm the morning of the showing cause it was nearly a 2 hour drive for me to get there. I was told the appointment was still confirmed that morning but he was a complete no show. I understand if something comes up but why not the call back? No respect and a complete waste of time!
