Nathan Fitts & Team LLC

Nathan and his team did a great job selling our beautiful Blue Ridge home in record time (2 months)!! I highly recommend them without reservation!! They not only assisted us in listing and selling our property, but they also helped us stage it so it looked it's best.

Ashlee is amazing! She worked with me for a while to help me find a home that I liked that was in my budget. She was real and honest with me throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to help me find a home. I've never met a real estate agent more committed to helping me and my family. I honestly can't sing her praises enough. If you want someone who is honest, listens, and works hard for YOU, Ashlee is your agent! I'd never use anyone else!

I believe and see why Nathan and Team are the leading real estate group in the area. Nathan came out to our property and gave us direction and advice prior to the hitting the market. We are in a well desired market that is over saturated. Once we committed to moving forward adjustments were made on our end. From the MLS photography to the follow up it was top notch. Kristy was a absolute blessing as we navigated the process.

Baylee Was super professional and knowledgeable. She gave us great insights and the referrals needed to ensure a smooth closing and the chance to complete our list of honey dos with a trusted partner. She is extremely responsive and I appreciated her attention to detail. Thank you!!!

Ashlee was amazing to work with. She showed us our home that morning and that night we had our offer accepted. She goes above and beyond. She answered every question we had and made sure we got all the info on the property we needed.
