ZillowVERIFIED Nate and his partner, Jay Curry, were the only ones to answer my phone call on a weekend. They answered my questions and listened to me with no pressure to sign or hard sell. As an older, single woman selling a house alone, they walked with me through every step of the process. They were personable and caring, taking into consideration my situation. Whenever I called, I received an immediate response. I did sign with them, and my home sold in the first week. They were professional all the way, yet handled me and my house with care. We were first time home buyers, overwhelmed and not sure where to start until we were recommended to get in contact with him. Nate met us any time of day, any day of the week to look at houses. Once we found the perfect home, he spent countless hours with us in person at his office late into the evening completing paperwork, or via call/text during the day to keep us in the loop about every single detail of the process. At one point, he was out of town and even took time out of his family vacation to call us for a meeting over the phone to relay new information he had. Nate made the home buying process smooth sailing, was so personable, honest, and was on top of everything for us.
