Very disappointed with Jake as a listing agent. He did not listen to us when we wanted to drop price, kept saying his aEURoenumbersaEUR? were spot on, despite little to few showings. Missed key language in an offer that came in, failed to advise us of such. Wasnt very responsive, always had something in his personal life that interfered with his work. Had to coach him on basic things, like how to reorder photos on Zillow, and practically had to beg to get drone shots. His photographer of choice was arrogant too, and the images were washed out and misleading on color tones. Just an overall horrible experience, causing us an enormous amount of stress during a cross country relocation. Had to terminate the contract after 30 days and go with another realtor.

She is the best of the best! She did so much for my fiancA(C) and I, we are so thankful for her. I strongly believe that we would not have been able to buy a house in this crazy market without her. I highly recommend Alessandra.

Jolene took such excellent care of us and walked us through our first time selling a house. She was extremely knowledgable and very patient with us during a very difficult time to sell.
