ZillowVERIFIED Natalie somehow made moving from a different state nearly stress-free! She was very flexible with our timeline and availability. She offered recordings of houses we were interested in if we were not available to see it in person, and pointed out the good (but more importantly, the bad) with each house we visited. We actually would not have been able to purchase our home without her! There were two houses we were interested in with the same deadline. We had to choose one and got rejected on the one we made an offer on. We didn't even think about the second house we were interested in since the deadline had passed, but Natalie reached out to the realtor, and sure enough, the deadline had been extended! We never asked her to check on the second house, but she went out of her way to check for us, and our offer was accepted!Natalie is the kind of realtor that looks out for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have a smooth transition from home to home. She has provided us with so many resources that would otherwise be overwhelming to find on our own, and we feel so lucky that we scored such a wonderful realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to begin with River City Living and their team! We had the pleasure of working with Natalie White and Justin Landwehr and they were both phenomenal. We had selected Natalie as a realtor back in July of 2017 knowing that we likely wouldn't buy until early 2018 or spring of 2018. Even with the huge time gap, Natalie sent us houses that met our criteria daily and was always so prompt with responding to us in the meantime with any first time home buyer or general questions that we had. Her knowledge and professionalism sets her above and beyond! Being that she grew up in the Quad Cities, has family still in the Quad Cities and has worked for many years here, she knew the market like the back of her hand! My absolute favorite thing about Natalie is that she makes the entire process seem so easy and stress free! She is always so honest and makes you feel like her friend and like she genuinely cares about making sure that you find the home that is best for you, regardless of how long it takes or how many you have to look at. From the beginning, Natalie always said "I will never be the reason you miss out on your dream house", and she absolutely stuck to it. Anytime a house came up that we were interested in seeing, if she was not available-she had one of her colleagues lined up to make sure we got in to see it! When our dream house came up on the market in March, we knew just from pictures, it was the one! We were so excited to see it, we literally could not sleep. Natalie was unavailable to show it to us, but lined up Justin first thing the next morning to give us a tour. From there, Justin worked with us in making the offer and advising us on how to approach our offer and review comps. Justin was in contact with us up until Natalie took over and was just as amazing and diligent to work with as the rest of the River City team! I can't say enough amazing things about this team-they are all wonderful! I have even met Ryan from attending their open houses before and they are the real deal. They are all extremely knowledgeable and professional! If we ever decide to move, Natalie will be my first phone call!
