First, I've always thought realtors were overpaid but Nancy is not - she was knowledgable, took extreme amounts of time to understand what I liked and didn't, and never rushed me. She responded nearly every time with minutes with the longest being hours that I can recall. ZillowVERIFIED We are so grateful a close friend (and real estate agent in another state) referred us to Nancy. We were searching for a house to move back home from a far away state during the pandemic (so we couldn't travel to see houses in-person) AND we were first time home buyers. We were anxious, but after just our first call with her, we were put completely at ease. Nancy's knowledge of the area led us to the neighborhoods that matched what we wanted for our growing family and the moving timeline we had. She regularly sent us relevant listing and kept refining what she sent based on our feedback. She answered any questions we had in a timely manner and gave us background on neighborhoods, new builds vs. resale houses, etc. When we did find a house we loved, she was quick to set-up a tour and coordinate so we could send a family member in to see the house in-person with her (since we were limited to the virtual tour). She was even quicker to draft the offer letter within the hour after the tour after we all had a debrief, and provided guidance on putting in a competitive offer. We ended up in a "bidding war" and we really leaned on Nancy's expertise in this process to put in the winning offer. Nancy's team was also amazing in guiding us through the closing process and transition (including a reminder email a couple days before the closing date to call all the utility companies with all their numbers conveniently listed). We are so happy with our experience with Nancy, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is the best! I imagine that realtors have to be true extroverts to be good at it, and Nancy is all that and more. She made me feel at ease from the moment she contacted us, to our first meeting, and everything that has followed. She never tried to convince us of something we might not like and was honest about the first house we toured being substandard (which we noted, but was nice to hear a professional say so). The same day we first met her, there was a house she noted which fit our criteria but was reviewing offers within a matter of hours, so on a whim, we went to check it out. And when we LOVED it, she said "Let's get it!"... and we did!(That has to be a record, right?) She put together an offer super fast, and the sellers chose ours over at least one or two other bidders. I'm still stunned at how quick and easy Nancy made everything for us. She responds via email or text with a friendly and helpful reply almost immediately; any time we had questions, she replied asap. When the appraisal came in lower than what we bid, Nancy did the negotiating to get the price to the appraisal price, and it came off without a hitch. As a first-time home buyer, I came into the process with the usual hope for a "unicorn" (a house that fit both our budget and our desire), and expecting to spend a grueling long few months feeling discouraged. Instead, Nancy made this so easy and quick that I think SHE must be the unicorn! Thank you Nancy! She and her team are truly fantastic.
