Keller Williams Realty Puyallup

We just sold my parents' house with Stephanie Gurden and Emma Gronholdt, and I really can't say enough good things. They responded fast, every time, and always had a clear, correct answer. No guessing, no chasing them down. They walked us through the whole process and made it feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Professional, on time, and genuinely kind the whole way through. If you're looking for an agent, I highly recommend their entire team.

Working with Brittany was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free and was so easy to work with every step of the way. Brittany is the perfect combination of professional, personable and always responsive. We are new to Arizona, she also shared many referrals for local service providers, which has been incredibly helpful as we settle into our new home. We are so grateful for Brittanys support throughout the entire process and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond.

Brittany was amazing to work with. She was very helpful along the way. This was our first home sale so everything was pretty new to us. Any questions or concerns we had, Brittany had answer and solutions for us right away. She was great at understanding our goals for selling the house and where we wanted to be on negotiations. I highly recommend Brittany, I will be using her when I purchase my new home.

This is our second time having the pleasure of working with Emma and we are just truly so grateful for her! She helped us buy our very first home back in 2023, and then helped us sell it and purchase our new home this year (2026). Throughout the entire process, she has been a calm admist the stress and chaos of it all and incredibly informative and communicative. Emma lays out what is happening and what to expect every step of the way. She checks in often, and eases any worries. We listed our house on a Friday, and by Sunday night we had a full-price offer in hand - the "For Sale" hadn't even gone up in the yard yet!! On the buying side, she was patient, kind and knowledgable on every house we went to view. She clearly took the time to familiarize herself with the listings and answered questions before we even had to ask. She listened thoughtfully to our feedback and could tell the moment we walked into a home what we would/wouldn't like. She was a great agent to have on our side during negotiations when we found "the one" and got us to a price we felt happy with. She goes above and beyond as an agent - offering to help in ways that are far beyond her duties and providing thoughtful gifts and surprises throughout the process to keep us excited on the hard days. Highly, highly recommend Emma and team to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness, respect, and wants to work with a very knowledgable agent!!!

Cant say enough amazing things about Emma and our experience! She is incredible at what she does! Her love for people and her job shows every step of the way! Professional, detailed, great communication, and truly there for you every step of the way. She now feels like a friend, and someone you could always reach out to for help. She goes above and beyond for her clients! She took the stress out of selling our home and we couldnt recommend her and the home collective team enough!
