There are not enough words to describe how much Liz helped us in buying our new home. We were first time homebuyers and incredibly overwhelmed by the entire process. To be honest when I first contacted Liz I was not expecting the level of service I received. We had gotten the brush off by two other agents who saw our modest loan amount and didnt seem to think we were worthy of their services. That was not the case with Liz. She went above and beyond for us. We told her what we were looking for and within a day or two we were looking at houses. She always answered every phone call and late night panicked text (haha) She was such a great source of information when it came to putting in offers and after our offer was accepted she was the driving force behind getting our negotiations settled. With Lizs help we got into the perfect little house for our small family. I cant recommend her and her partner Josh DeBoer enough. I know I will be working with her on our future purchases as well. PS:. Liz was also a great resource when we needed help fixing things around the house. Every service person she has recommended has been excellent and done great work.

Liz helped me locate several solid potential homes until I found the right one. I was working long distance from Yakima so Liz visited the homes, and made videos of the homes, when she walked through and sent them to me for viewing. She also steered me away from a couple not-so-great houses that I found online. Because Im new to the area she also helped me locate services, inspectors and contractors. I hired Liz to help me sell my home. When an offer was received I asked her what they payout amount would be based on that offer. The amount she told me sounded good and so based on her recommendation I accepted the offer. Unfortunately at closing I got a big surprise and the actual amount was about 10,000 less than what she had told me! I have tried to contact liz numerous times to find out why I was given an inaccurate payout amount and she will not respond to me. I would not recommend her!

I needed to sell my parents home after my mom passed away. Needless to say, it was already a stressful situation and I had no idea how to proceed. Liz basically held my hand throughout the process and was always available for any question I had. She was prompt to respond and helped me through everything. The house was a short sale in the beginning and the bank decided to take the house off the market. The house was added to their foreclosures. During the process, the bank changed their mind often and it wasn't easy to work with them, Liz continuously encouraged us to stay focused and provided her professional knowledge and guidance. I was in foreclosure and looking to do a short sell. Had some one I know start the listing but where not sure how to do the short sell. This was December 2010. And for Christmas I got Liz Delgado. (Best thing ever). My friend asked if it was all right if he let her take over. We did an interview and I could tell she knew what she was doing in about 5 minutes. She agreed to take me as a client and went to work for me that night. Not saying the banks name she told me to hold strong and do as she told me and she would get the short sale or a loan modification. When ever the bank would ask for the same paper work she had me build a file that could be sent with easy and she had one to send also. Call her on the phone or send an e-mail she answered each and every time. Once with a head cold so bad I told her to take care of her self first. She sent the paper work that night and the bank backed down. In the end I got the loan modification.Only because of Liz and her dedication to her clients. I never give 5 stars only wish I had more for Liz
