Moving to Yakima has been so great for me and my family. I'm so thankful for Liz walking us through the real estate process and helping us get it done. I often over think things, and have extremely specific needs. We brought our home from Las Vegas having never been here or seeing the house in person. Something I would have never been able to do with Liz and all of her endless help, guidance and local knowledge. My body no longer produces vitamin D, finding a sunny city and property in PNW, with amazing schools ( along with the price and the vibe I was going for ) was such a unique challenge. One that she was completely for ! Her recommendations where always top notch and it was always fun to talk to her. If I ever won the megabucks she'd be a day one phone call !!

After a very rough 2 years our family needed a fresh start. We planned to sell to an investor and cut our losses. I called Liz and Josh the day after Thanksgiving to see what they could do for us. We had been against listing traditionally due to our medically fragile daughter. They came out to look at the house and talked to us at length about options we had even with not wanting a ton of people in the house so not to expose our daughter to more germs than she is around from her siblings. They listened to our concerns and made us feel way better about listing. They gave us a list of things to accomplish before listing. We officially listed in December and closed yesterday. We have been trying to find a place in Selah to move back home from the beach, Liz showed us lots of properties. When we found the one, we were unable to come see it and Liz went and did a video tour for us and went over everything, during financing she helped us with that as well she went above and beyond on this purchase and was an absolute delight to work with.
