ZillowVERIFIED Miranda does a Excellent Job of selling a Home. The last House sold in 2 days, without a sign in the yard. . The second home sold after just the 3rd showing. Overall buying or selling Miranda is one of the best agents in the Albany area.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda is a great realtor who has helped me buy and sell multiple personal and investment properties. She has a vast knowledge of the market and has lead us to the right house and helped us avoid other properties that issues that we did not foresee. Some of the problems that she identified were houses that were in historic districts or flood zones. Every time I have used her for a real estate transaction she has provided a stress free and knowledgeable service! She works with many different real estate professionals and is able to provide reliable recommendations for any service that I may need.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda is hands down the best. Did all the hard work and all I had to do was sign on all the lines. Had everything laid out perfectly and helped us find the perfect starter home! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED As my real estate agent, Miranda was such a pleasure to work with. I was left trying to figure out how to get the work that needed to be done in order to sell my house after two different contractors walked out on me and the work that I had paid them for. Miranda took charge of the problem from the very first moment when a friend of mine suggested that I call her. Not only did she take on the role of real estate agent for the home, but she also oversaw and coordinated all necessary maintenance and repairs. I could not have asked for a more qualified individual to complete the task at hand. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Miranda for the hard work that she done for me.

ZillowVERIFIED With how often the Military moves us, it's important to find a realtor that knows the area and is one step ahead of the bank. Miranda helped us every step of the way. Including scheduling to see houses on short notice. She helped us in many ways during our move to GA . We would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Albany or Leesburg area.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont write reviews. We loved working with Miranda. With her help we sold our previous home and bought our new home within two months of each other. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond. She priced our previous home perfectly. She responded quickly and followed up with every question or concern we had for selling and buying. Friendly. Professional. Since the first time we talked I never doubted her desire to put us first. I have already recommended her to others. Dont miss out.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda was super great to work with. She was always supportive and was very responsive when issues arose throughout the process of underwriting. It was comforting to have someone that knew each process, and could help us negotiate pricing with her past experiences. I feel like we couldn't have navigated the entire process without her. Would recommend her over and over.

ZillowVERIFIED Miranda is AMAZING! I was desperate to get out from under a property that I owned and had rented out for years. I was doubtful that anyone was going to be able to sell the place for me, but 10 weeks after she offered her help, the place was sold! She never got tired of my questions or my concerns. She was super responsive anytime I sent her a message and I always felt like I had someone on my side. She's a true professional and one of the best real estate agents in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Miranda because she works with the company that manages our rental property. She never hesitated to keep us in the loop. She told me of every offer that was proposed and gave her professional opinion on those offers. Within 6 months we had 8 of 9 properties SOLD! Very pleased with Miranda and her willingness to help us out. Highly recommend her.
