HRP Realty

Miranda is a great realtor who has helped me buy and sell multiple personal and investment properties. She has a vast knowledge of the market and has lead us to the right house and helped us avoid other properties that issues that we did not foresee. Some of the problems that she identified were houses that were in historic districts or flood zones. Every time I have used her for a real estate transaction she has provided a stress free and knowledgeable service! She works with many different real estate professionals and is able to provide reliable recommendations for any service that I may need.

Miranda does a Excellent Job of selling a Home. The last House sold in 2 days, without a sign in the yard. . The second home sold after just the 3rd showing. Overall buying or selling Miranda is one of the best agents in the Albany area.

Miranda was there every step of the way. She was very thorough and on top of everything. Definitely would recommend her for anyone I know in the future that is wanting to buy a home or even sell one.

As my real estate agent, Miranda was such a pleasure to work with. I was left trying to figure out how to get the work that needed to be done in order to sell my house after two different contractors walked out on me and the work that I had paid them for. Miranda took charge of the problem from the very first moment when a friend of mine suggested that I call her. Not only did she take on the role of real estate agent for the home, but she also oversaw and coordinated all necessary maintenance and repairs. I could not have asked for a more qualified individual to complete the task at hand. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Miranda for the hard work that she done for me.

Miranda is hands down the best. Did all the hard work and all I had to do was sign on all the lines. Had everything laid out perfectly and helped us find the perfect starter home! Highly recommend!
