ZillowVERIFIED Working with Michele and her team was really a great experience. She provided professional advice on how to prepare our home for sale and did a great job getting the word out so that when we listed our house there was strong interest. From beginning to end everything was handled smoothly. Once we were under contract her team continued to make the process very easy, including scheduling inspections and handling the small repair that we agreed to do. The only thing I had to do was answer a few emails. Michele and her team handled the rest. I am happy to recommend Michele and her team for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele and her team were so easy to work with and they worked so hard to sell our home. We ran into some uncontrollable obstacles but Michele made great decisions and used her immense network to get our home sold. I felt like Michele and Stephanie cared about me and not just about a sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Eight years ago I called the agent on a listing I wanted to look at. It was my first home purchase, and I didn't have an agent or a lot of money. Michele arrived to show us her listing and I could tell that she was a straight shooter who really knew what she was doing. The house she showed me was out of my price range, but she made such an impression that I signed up with her. She walked me through the purchase of my first home who's value was well below $100k. Michele treated me like I was buying a $400k house and was a thorough and aggressive advocate for me. Since that first purchase I have bought and sold two other houses with her, the most recent sale was completed today. I WILL NOT do any real estate business without her. If I ever move out of the area I would seriously consider paying for Michele to be licensed in my new location just so that I had her by my side. I have recommended her to friends and family over and over and they also have had the same experience. She has become a part of our family and I can't recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele Gibson was the most professional realtor I talked to while I was trying to find the right realtor to sell my home. She advertised my home and it was only only the market 5 days because of the hard work this lady puts in. I would recommend Michele to anyone who wants to sell their home quickly and painless.

ZillowVERIFIED By analyzing the current market, Michele priced our home very competitively so that we secured a contract in an amazingly short time and sold our house at a very nice profit and with very little drama. We very pleased with this experience of selling our home

ZillowVERIFIED When you have a good experience with a realtor juxtaposed to a bad one, you really appreciate the goodness and professionalism of the good realtors. Michele Gibson is a pro. She gave great guidance and shepherded our sale through the process in fantastic fashion. We were just coming off a 4 month experience that ended up going nowhere so to be able to list the house with Michele, be under contract in a couple weeks and close as scheduled, it was a delight. She and her assistant Lou took care of everything and were fantastic. I recommend them heartily.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend using her as your realtor. Michele kept in contact with us through the sale of our home so we were never frustrated. Our home included 10 acres and a horse barn so it was a bit more difficult to sell and Michele had the experience to put together the perfect marketing plan. She was a pleasure to work with and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience with Michele, and so long as she is in business, we will never use anyone else for our home searches going forward. She made us feel as though we were a priority and was always friendly and professional. She took a lot of time to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and never pressured us. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge, and I felt confident and reassured to know that we had her in our corner throughout the home-buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was amazing in her knowledge of the local market, contacts in the area, responsiveness to our requests, and all around knowledge of the job. We thought our house would take 3-6 months to sell--particularly since we put it on the market right before Christmas. Michele brought us three offers in five days. We closed in about 45 days---we could have closed earlier if we wanted to do so. You will not go wrong with Michele--she is incredibly professional and will represent you and your property well.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele helped me sell my house, and to find another one when I wanted to move from "in town" to a small farm in the area. Not only did she help me sell my current house during a sluggish time of the year, she was also tireless in helping me find the right property to buy- I think we looked at everything with 5+ acres in a 25 miles radius! The house I bought, she helped me write a competitive offer that won out over other offers that the sellers had.

ZillowVERIFIED Great real estate agent. Gave me great results. She fought hard and got the builder to include a beatiful 10x20 deck with lighted stairs at practically next to nothing. Initially the builder balked but Michele came through.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Michele to represent anyone as your agent! She fell under the dual-agency between the seller and myself, therefore, I could not give her five stars for that relationship is a tricky one. Although, she was forthright and overall professional throughout the entire transaction! Thanks Michele!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Gibson's patience and persistence in selling a property under very difficult circumstances were exemplary. She gathered all information pertaining to the property with no assistance from the seller. She kept the seller advised of interested parties and detailed their concerns, which was essential to reducing the tax assessed value to allow for a sale. I have nothing negative to say about her performance. I'd recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Michele helped me find and sell my first home, best experience ever! My home sold in days, she negotiated to the exact number that I wanted for it. She stayed in touch and we talked after my move. I am moving back to the area in a year, and she has already given me and idea of what is available, the schools and what I may be able to afford for what I am spending. Love this Lady, professional to a fault, and always considerate of my needs. If you are looking for someone to go that extra mile, you found her.She also help guide me with the purchase and sale of my vacation/beach house even though the sale was with another state and agent, her knowledge and the fact I could trust her made this purchase and sale so easy for me. I would recommend this Agent over and over.
