ZillowVERIFIEDMy goal is to make this review for Sarah Aschim the best Ive given anyone or anything because there is no other way to describe my home buying experience with her. I gave Sarah five stars in the categories above not because it was easy to simply click on all of them, but because she deserves all tens, and that option isnt available. It is obvious that Sarah is wholly familiar with the Olympic Peninsula. She taught me about people, weather, shopping, utilities, schools, culture, sight-seeing, and beauty here. I was pleasantly surprised by her deep affection for the community and its residents. I fully expected to find a realtor with professional knowledge and aptitude (thats aEURoethe jobaEUR?), but I didnt expect to find one with genuine passion for the profession and the integrity required to respond to my needs on such a human and personal level. Sarah cared deeply about my happiness, safety, financial well-being, and satisfaction. I never felt pressured to do or settle for anything. Each step of the way, I felt like her only or most important client. I started this journey two years ago in another state, and the road to my dream home was long. Sarah held my hand across the long miles between Flagstaff, AZ and Port Ludlow, WA as I navigated setbacks and disappointments selling my home in Arizona. Each time I felt defeated, sad, or scared, Sarah helped me re-focus and re-energize, always careful not to promise more than was possible, but to encourage me that she and I would not stop until we found the property my heart was set on. And boy did she deliver! During the process, I never had to wait for a response from her, and Sarah was always prepared with facts, figures, histories, etc. for each home I was interested in. When I couldnt be here, Sarah was my eyes, ears, heart, and brain. She sort of magically figured out who I am and what I wanted. I felt like my sister or best friend was running the show. The relief this provided me is immeasurable. The work she did for this purchase is probably worth more than we paid for the house! Sarahs communication skills are astonishingly good. She navigated personalities and paperwork like a rhetorician. Each time I wanted to reach out to a buyers agent, I put rudimentary thoughts and phrases together, and within minutes Sarah articulated them like a speech writer. She is fair and honest with all parties. I value that in a human being. Purchasing a home is a very personal process. It feels like the peeling away of all privacy about finances and preferences. Sarah made it safe for me to be forthcoming about how I wanted to live and feel in a home. Now, I own one that is beyond what even I dreamed of! She helped me craft the strongest offer I could manage within hours of finding this property which had several offers on the table. Her timing and negotiations skills are extraordinary; we got the house! To my surprise, I am not Sarahs only client! As a matter of fact, Port Angeles is full of Sarahs satisfied clients. Since moving here in October, I have met several people who say, aEURoeOh, yes, Sarah is the best!aEUR? These community members have either worked directly with Sarah or know someone who has. Ive had many pleasant, anecdotal conversations with clients equally as satisfied as I am. I count this experience among the most precious and gratifying of my life. My only disappointment is that there is only one Sarah to go around. She is simply the best.
