We started working with Tiffeny a year ahead of when we knew we wanted to move to the Sequim area. Despite knowing we wouldn't be able to move for a year, she spent five hours with us the first time we met together, just to get a good feel of us and what would work. We were living far away and to visit the area meant all day air travel. Thus, having someone we could trust for being our local eyes and ears was critical. She knew all our necessary criteria, and quickly alerted us whenever a possible location came up. Throughout the year, as various properties listed that seemed too good to be true, she was a great local resource as to why that property may not be a great fit. We ended up really honing in on a property after a year that was exceptional and fit our needs. The entire purchasing process went very smoothly and we absolutely love our new home.
