I can't speak highly enough about Michael Kalaman and the wonderful work he did helping us with the sale of a piece of land recently. We are not from the area and knew nothing about the property nor did we know any realtors. Thankfully my realtor friend connected us to Michael. Within a few days of talking and agreeing to list with him, he had visited the property, taken drone shots, talked with the county, had the hay cut and researched comps. Within another few days we were under contract (for nearly asking price!) and 2ish weeks later we closed. His expertise and professionalism were the best I've ever seen.
