Michael assisted with finding an affordable condo. He was responsive. He was thorough for the most part with comprehending and explaining all documents relating to closing. Had a slight surprise with regard to closing costs once estoppel was issued but was able to adjust and closed successfully. Wonderful. He is responsive, knowledgeable and considerate. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Worked with us for a few months before we found our new home.
