The Agency

Wonderful. He is responsive, knowledgeable and considerate. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Worked with us for a few months before we found our new home. While doing so he commuted back and forth from his municipality to our new area of interest. Which wasn?t no hop and a skip. We will be using him in the future for sure.

Michael was fantastic to work with. He has the essential qualities of a great real estate professional. He understands the business, and was honest and direct, setting realistic expectations for what to expect and how to negotiate. He was always available to answer questions, and his follow-up skills are tremendous. He absolutely went above and beyond what we had (sadly) come to expect from real estate agents. He was on top of things from the day we signed with him, always proactive in working the deal. If youre looking for a true professional, Michaels your guy!

Michael assisted with finding an affordable condo. He was responsive. He was thorough for the most part with comprehending and explaining all documents relating to closing. Had a slight surprise with regard to closing costs once estoppel was issued but was able to adjust and closed successfully. Would definitely recommend Michael to help with your real estate transactions.

Working with Michael was an absolute pleasure. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and was always there to help with everything even at a moments notice. He?s very conscientious, very responsive and goes above and beyond to get things done. He even has continued to make himself available after the purchase and closing. Working with him made this whole process easy.

Michael was great to work with! He was very thorough, responsive, and professional throughout our home buying process. Its hard to find such work ethic in todays world, so this experience was a welcomed one. We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. Thanks again for your help, Michael. It was truly a pleasure!
