Michael Barnhart

Q: 1. What types of clients have you worked with?

I work with Veterans, First Responders, Educational Field, Medical Field, First Time Buyers, Investors, Relocations, Corporate relocations, Move up Sellers

Q: 2. How did you get started in Real Estate?

Crazy story: My wife is a dog breeder of Cardigan Welsh Corgis, I told her that in order for me to be able to go full time RE we would need 6 months living expenses. We had two female corgis that were bred a week and a half apart. Out of those two litters we had 16 puppies. From selling the puppies into show homes we covered the 6 months living expenses plus some. The love of dogs litterally got me into RE!

Next level agent! Mike is so on the ball. Brilliant guy and a lot of fun to work with. I was referred to Mike by my usual Portland agent when I started looking for houses in the Vancouver, WA area. Mike was nothing short of amazing! I worked with him for several months trying to find the right home, in a crazy market and never felt pressured or rushed. He knew what was important to me, and pointed out anything that might need repairs or be unsuitable for my situation. I felt so well taken care of and he made the entire process fun and exciting. Ultimately he found me the perfect home, in the perfect area and wrote me a winning offer. Feels so good to finally be 'Home' - I truly cant thank him enough!

We were first time home buyers and Mike made this wonderful journey for us so quick and easy. Answered all our questions with his expert knowledge, and helped to make our dreams come true of purchasing our perfect first home for our family. 10 stars are more deserved then just the 5!

As first time buyers we were nervous because we didn't know what to expect and we didn't know what we were looking for and mike helped us every step of the way! He educated us on the things we should look at when going into homes and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or if we found a house we wanted to look at. We really appreciate mike for all of his hard work and helping us buy our first home!

We could not have asked for a better realtor. Mike truly went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Flattering pictures, extra advertisement, open houses....you name it. He also brought up things we wouldnt have thought of to help us save money. He was always prompt with his responses and we never felt lost or left in the dark about anything. He did so many things on the back end that helped save us time and trouble through the process. This is not our first home, so weve dealt with realtors before. We can honestly say he is the only realtor we will ever use again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. A few paragraphs doesnt even do him justice. Buying/selling a home is very stressful but he made the process so much easier for our family.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Barnhart when looking for our home. From day 1, Mike was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we specifically were looking for. Mike referred us to a lender who was extremely knowledgeable in VA home loans. While that can be a long and tedious process; Mike, and our lender Wade, kept us well informed and worked fast to get our loan taken care of! All throughout the negotiations and closing Mike was there every step of the way quickly handling any issues and was always looking out for our best interests. I will definitely recommend him to others in the area looking to buy or sell a home!

Mike Barnhart sold my condo within a week after taking the listing. And he sold it for almost twenty thousand more than I thought was possible. The guy is a magician. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

As we all know buying a house is one of the most stressful things we will do in life- Mike made it as stress free as possible! He was very prompt to get back everytime we had a question. He was very resourceful in other areas as well. I highly recommend him--you will not be disappointed! I never write reviews, but feel he was so good that I had to!!
