Since this was also our first time with the home-buying process, she was patient and very helpful in answering any and all questions we had from the first open house to the closing. Even though we were looking in multiple towns, she was knowledgeable about the various locations and gave us very honest opinions on proximity to schools, how busy a road was, what the property tax situation looked like and many other points we did not originally think about. Any time we did have a question, Melissa was quick to respond and was happy to jump on a quick call if needed. When it came time for our first offer, she talked us through how we could make our offer the most competitive, which is much needed in this Massachusetts market. She even went and looked at the house by herself, and it helped reassure us we were making a good decision. And it worked! After that, she was able to put us in contact with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, etc. and made the process from offer to closing as smooth as possible. Even though we have closed on our first home, there is always work to be done on a home, and Melissa also has extensive knowledge of companies and workers to help with roof work, septic work, painting, whatever is needed. We couldnt have done it without Melissa and couldnt have imagined a smoother process!

She and her team of caring knowledgeable professionals are amazing! The 1st thing I noticed was the response time - Melissa communicates daily. She kept me on track and was on top of everything. She set up a timeline of what needed to happen and when. Our first meeting Melissa came prepared with a full market analysis, what the inventory looked like and provided me with my options. She was professional, caring, and compassionate as this was a difficult time for me. She didn't rush me, allowed me to process & make a plan together. She was flexible with what I needed even if it was not in the plan. My mom passed away and I was solely in charge of everything to do with her death, including selling her house. From my initial call through the closing, Melissa reassured me, guided me and her support was irreplaceable. She starts the process letting you know, she will be there every step of the way and she was not exaggerating. Things I never even thought of, from knowing the exact timing of when to list to staging. The QUALITY of the pictures, video and marketing was insane! I was blown away. The listing had premium placement on all agent facing platforms. Before that happened, there was so much to do. The "to do" list was overwhelming - but what I didn't know is that Melissa and her team all working together would make this process seem like a walk in the park. The house had to be packed up, cleaned, emptied and staged before we could even get pictures. We did this in less than two weeks - not even joking. The team that Melissa works with was unreal. Incredibly professional, caring, and efficient. It was very important to me that my mom's belongings be given to people/places that could use them. Melissa connected me with Heather from "Just Chuck it Junk Removal" but they did more than junk removal (they reuse, repurpose and recycle). Attorneys, contracts, agents, banks, and paperwork. She knows the ins and outs of the law and what needs to get done. Her ability to talk to all these players, keep everything on track and ensure my needs were met is nothing short of impressive. It's reassuring to know I had an expert in my corner working for me and taking care of my interests. I could be as involved as I wanted (manage it or sit in awe & and let the skilled professionals with their comprehensive knowledge get the job done). Some things I wanted to do, other I did not and Melissa took care of it all. I cannot recommend working with Melissa enough. She will be an advocate for you & will not stop working (harder & smarter). Her tenacity and diligence go far beyond anything you could imagine. You are not a number; you feel like you are her only client. Melissa went above and beyond to ensure I was not just happy but supported, informed and felt understood (all my concerns were answered) and I accepted an offer well over asking.
