ZillowVERIFIED Melissa responded to an internet request i submitted, within a very short time. The next day, we looked at properties, and found the dream home i mow live in.As a retired Realtor, i value those who actually listen to what I want. Melissa didnt just listen, she found it, and more. Melissa Green is, without question, a superstar. In one day, she found exactly what i was looking for, at a price that left room for me to make it mine! I cant recommend her more highly than to say that she has become mot only my Realtor, but also my very dear friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa sold our house in 1 day! We had an offer waiting after 2 families looked at the house!! The reason we chose Melissa for our realtor was her prior stellar reviews. We definitely would hire her again. A+++++++!!! Melissa also helped with closing our house in Colorado - highly recommend!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED By far the best realtor we have ever used. My wife and I came to St Simons Island to see if this was an ideal place to retire. In short, yes. We met with Melissa and she answered all of our questions. She showed us a series of properties and alternatives, and we settled on a land lot in about a week. Every email and phone call was answered in minutes, yes minutes, if not immediately. The best analogy I can give is to imagine a set of rough cut diamonds slayed out in front of you. All are valuable and good. One in particular catches your eye. It is a hand cut and polished diamond made by a master craftsman. That diamond is Melissa. Thank you so much for all you have done for the both of us.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be more pleased with our experience of selecting Melissa Green to serve as our real estate professional for our recent home search. Being new to the Brunswick & Golden Isles area, Melissa took us under her wings and helped us find the perfect home on Jekyll Island. Having relocated form the Atlanta area, we were quite selective in our ideal home search. Despite looking at more than 30 homes throughout the area Melissa did not get frustrated with our desire to "keep looking". Once we landed on the right home, she helped negotiate a great sell price. Melissa did all the hard work and we are grateful. Experienced, knowledgeable, dependable...simply awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED We were pleased with every aspect of the service we received from Melissa. From her friendly smile to her local knowledge to her negotiating skills, we were very grateful that Melissa was our Realtor. She was quick to respond to any and all of our questions or requests. We were from out of the area, she was readily available to provide us lists of different local vendors that we needed to complete our purchase. Melissa even provided us with information on other vendors that weren't even required for our contract closing. We highly recommend that you consider Melissa to be your agent too.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa went above and beyond the duties of a Realtor for us. We were out of state buyers and were limited to what we could handle ourselves. Melissa handled every aspect of our real estate purchase with professionalism. She is friendly, easy to talk with, and made it a point to get to know us so she could help us find the perfect home. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was very helpful as to what I needed to do to get the house in order and ready for the market. She also provided me with a very good handy man who was quite professional and very quick to get repairs done that the house needed. I feel she knows the area/market very well and it was a very short period of time taken to get the right buyer for the house. She is very good at finding the right buyer. If and when I am back in the market of buying or selling I will be contacting her again as I feel she is very professional and knows what she is doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa made it possible for us to buy and sell our homes on the same afternoon. When our movers didn'the show up on our closing day and we were frantically trying to move things ourselves, Melissa came out with rented furniture blankets and then took us to lunch to calm us down. She drove us to both closings at different locations to make it easier for us. She kept reassuring us that everything would be okay. That was the end of July. Recently after we had evacuated to a different state for a hurricaine in October, Melissa called us to see if we were okay. She said she would go out and check on our house for us as soon as the driving back was lifted. Melissa far exceeds what a realtor is expected to be. We highly recommend her services,

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa has listed numerous REO properties for the Bank over the past several years. All have been handeled in a professional manner. In my role as a Special Asset Officer with the Bank, I deal with many agents in various locals in Georgia and Florida. Melissa efforts and work habits are as good as any of them.

ZillowVERIFIED When making one of the biggest decisions in your life...you HOPE to have someone you TRUST leading you through the stressful home buying process. To find someone who is comforting and makes you feel like you are family...is RARE. We found all of these qualities and more in realtor,Melissa Green with Ronnie Perry Realty. From the minute we met her she took us under her wing and has taken care of us every step of the way. Melissa literally works day and night for her clients. She returns calls, texts and emails immediately and works so hard on every level. Melissa has gone out of her way to ensure we get our dream home. She was excited for us and genuinely cares about people. I want everyone in the Golden Isles area to know that Melissa is without a doubt the best of the best due to her dedication, professionalism and concern she has for her clients. What a blessing she has been to our family as we made this huge life decision. THANK YOU MELISSA!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was an amazing sales person. We were purchasing our retirement home. We were traveling from another city. Melissa called back months after our initial contact to follow-up. I said we will be there in two weeks, please send listings for us to review. She took our wish list and kept to homes that matched. We were able to narrow it down to 5 listings and we found the perfect house with all our wishes! I am recommending her to all my friends and acquaintances! Melissa Green is the go to woman when it comes to real estate sales!
