Tracking down information for the loan company, arranging experts when needed and providing the right person to complete any task that came up. Tania came to me when there was a problem, not only with the explanation of the problem but the solution. Tania arranged for the structural engineer to get the final inspection completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Tania when I sell my old home.

While it was fate that led us to her, we would say that we hit the realtor jackpot! Melanie is knowledgeable, personable, kind, honest, patient, transparent, humorous, and she is an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR who stands true to her word. When she tells you she is going to do something, she does. Not only did she walk lock in step with us throughout the ENTIRE process, she went above and beyond in so many ways. Melanie would just tell you she was doing her job, but I can say with absolute certainty that you dont get this level of service from all realtors. When we came into town the first time, she had a well thought out plan devised, and she dedicated her entire Saturday showing us houses. I cannot tell you how many texts and emails I sent, many after hours or on weekends. Melanie was always VERY PROMPT in her response, even if it was just to say I received your message and will get back with you soon. We were interested in a couple of properties and Melanie drove and recorded the properties. She went into great detail, which we really appreciated! She worked day and night to find us our perfect home! She was very knowledgeable when she wrote up our offer. She met us to meet with our inspector, met with us to go to our walk through and also met us for the closing. Melanie was very professional and was such a pleasure to work with!
