Tracking down information for the loan company, arranging experts when needed and providing the right person to complete any task that came up. Tania came to me when there was a problem, not only with the explanation of the problem but the solution. Tania arranged for the structural engineer to get the final inspection completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Tania when I sell my old home.
