About Megan Anderson

Hi, I'm Megan Anderson, REALTORA(R), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRESA(R)), founder of The Savvy Granddaughter(TM), and an appointed member of the Clark County Commission on Aging. Since becoming licensed in 2021, I have helped more than 150 families buy and sell homes throughout Southwest Washington. My clients range from first-time homebuyers and growing families to seniors navigating downsizing, assisted living transitions, probate, and estate sales. My passion for serving older adults began with my own grandmother's journey. That experience inspired me to create The Savvy Granddaughter(TM), a resource dedicated to helping seniors and their families confidently navigate life's next chapter. Today, I regularly teach technology classes for seniors, volunteer with local senior organizations, and serve on the Clark County Commission on Aging, where I advocate for issues affecting older adults in our community. Looking to navigate the tumultuous waters of the booming Southwest Washington real estate market? You need Megan Anderson! Megan helped us find and purchase a home for a family member that is planning to move up from out of state. She took our ever-growing list of criteria to heart, really listened to all our feedback about the properties we saw, and found us a wonderful house in under a month! She makes home shopping fun and exciting rather than stressful and frustrating. She would cheerfully take us to tour all the properties we were interested in, logging in so many miles and taking up most of the day in many cases, but never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. She offered her expert opinion on the features of the houses as well as possible concerns that we wouldnt have thought of. She knew wed recognize "the one" when we saw it. Our first offer was accepted, which is amazing in the current market. Megan was there to guide us through the entire escrow process. It couldnt have been easy dealing with 3 people across 2 states, and an owner of the house making an offer on a house (sight unseen!) but Meghan handled all our random questions and requests so quickly with a great sense of humor and unflagging energy. Despite having many other buyers and active listings during a crazy busy time of year, she always made us feel like we were her sole clients. If you need an expert on your side that has invaluable knowledge of the neighborhoods from the southern border to Long Beach and beyond, you cant go wrong with Meghan!
